Developer and Agent Conduct Policy

1. Agents

• Market a project only while you have an active mandate or approval on Llevra. Stop when it ends.
• Use the developer’s current prices, payment plans, floor plans and media. Don’t change them or promise anything the developer hasn’t agreed to.
• Direct buyers to accounts named by the developer. Don’t ask them to pay into a personal account unless the developer has agreed in writing.
• Give accurate details about yourself. Don’t claim a credential, membership or licence you don’t have.
• Keep your access code and password private. Don’t let anyone else use your account.
• Share your Llevra profile and certificates without changing them.

2. Developers

• Approve only agents you’ve agreed to work with, and only for projects you’re entitled to sell.
• Keep project details, prices and status up to date.
• End a mandate when the arrangement ends, and select the correct reason.
• Upload genuine company documents that belong to your company.
• Answer reasonable questions from Llevra about your company, projects or agents.

3. Ending a mandate

When a developer ends a mandate, Llevra records the reason and date:

• Mandate expired or concluded.
• No longer working together.
• Withdrawn for cause.

4. Reports

Anyone can report an agent from their Llevra profile. Llevra reviews each report and may contact the agent, developer or person who made it before deciding what to do.

5. What happens if the rules are broken

• Llevra may ask you to explain what happened or correct information.
• Llevra may suspend or remove a profile, project, mandate or verification.
• A developer may end an agent’s mandate for a stated reason.
• If Llevra believes a buyer may be at risk, it may act immediately and explain its decision afterwards.

Llevra keeps a dated history of changes. An ended certificate shows the date it ended.
