Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Llevra collects, why, who can see it and how long it is kept. It applies to everyone who uses llevra.com: developers, agents, buyers and visitors.
Llevra is operated by Greengrids Integrated Digital, which is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions or requests about your information go to hello@llevra.com.
1. Buyers and visitors
- Enquiry to an agent: your first and last name, WhatsApp number and any message. Llevra keeps these with the date of first and latest contact, and shows you the agent’s number so you can contact them yourself. Llevra doesn’t pass your name or number to the agent or the developer; the developer sees only that a buyer checked the agent for a project.
- Registering interest in a project: your name, phone number, budget range, timeline and the agent link you came from. Llevra staff receive these by email to follow up.
- Reporting an agent: the reason and details, and your name and phone number if you choose to give them.
- Tapping a WhatsApp or call button on an agent’s profile: Llevra records the tap, the agent, your browser type and a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address. The address itself isn’t stored.
- Opening an agent’s referral link: Llevra sets a cookie called llevra_pid for one year so the first agent who referred you is credited if you buy.
- Requesting a demo: your name, role, WhatsApp number and city.
- Searching for a developer on the Verify page: if no developer on Llevra matches, Llevra records the name you searched and the time, so it can invite that developer. Nothing about you is recorded with the search.
2. Agents
- Registration: your name, email address, phone number, company, photo, and the LASRERA and NIESV details you enter.
- Your public profile shows your name, company, photo, profile text, languages, specialisations and professional numbers. Numbers you entered yourself are labelled “Self-declared”. Your email address isn’t published.
- Your WhatsApp number isn’t printed on your profile, but a buyer who taps the WhatsApp or call button is connected to it.
- A developer who invites you enters your name and phone number to send the invite.
3. Developers
- Application and account: company name, registered name, CAC number, contact name, email address, WhatsApp number and city.
- Verification documents: CAC certificate, CAC status report, a listed director’s ID (NIN slip, passport or driver’s licence), proof of address and a signatory letter. These are kept in private storage. Only you and the Llevra staff who review them can open them.
- Mandate signatures: the name, title and signature you add when you sign a mandate certificate. These appear on the certificate.
- Your REDAN membership number, if you enter it in Settings. It appears on your public profile, labelled “Self-declared”, with the date you entered it.
- Your public profile shows your company and project details, and your registered name and CAC number once you are verified.
4. Why Llevra uses your information
- To run the record of which developers have approved which agents, so buyers can check it.
- To pass enquiries between buyers, agents and developers.
- To verify developers and handle reports about agents.
- To send emails about your account, such as approvals and reminders.
- To credit the agent who introduced a buyer.
Llevra doesn’t sell personal information and doesn’t use it for advertising.
5. Who else handles it
- Supabase stores Llevra’s database and files, in Ireland.
- Vercel hosts the website. Pages are processed in Dublin, Ireland.
- Resend sends Llevra’s emails.
- Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- WhatsApp handles any conversation you start through a WhatsApp button. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to it.
Your information is therefore stored and processed outside Nigeria, in Ireland. These providers process it only to provide their service to Llevra.
6. Cookies and browser storage
- Sign-in cookies keep you signed in. Without them you can’t use an account.
- llevra_pid: the referral cookie described above, kept for one year.
- The agent portal keeps your access code in your browser so you don’t have to enter it each time.
Llevra doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies.
7. How long it is kept
Llevra keeps account details, enquiries and records for as long as the account or the record it belongs to is in use, and until you ask for them to be deleted. Verification history and the dated record of mandates are kept permanently, because buyers rely on them to check what happened and when.
8. Your rights
You can ask Llevra for a copy of the personal information it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. Email hello@llevra.com from the address on your account, or include the phone number you used. Llevra will reply within 30 days.
Some records can’t be deleted while they are part of the public record a buyer may need, such as a certificate a developer issued. In that case Llevra will tell you what it can remove and what it must keep, and why.
If you aren’t satisfied with the reply, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
9. Changes
Llevra will update this policy when what it collects changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects account holders, Llevra will email them before it takes effect.
