Terms of Use
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses llevra.com, including developers, agents, buyers and visitors. By using Llevra, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Llevra.
Llevra is operated by Greengrids Integrated Digital. In these terms, “Llevra” means Greengrids Integrated Digital and the llevra.com service it runs.
Llevra keeps a record of which agents developers have approved to sell each off-plan or new-build project in Nigeria. It is not a property listing site, estate agency or marketplace.
1. What Llevra does
- Developers add projects and approve agents to market them.
- Agents get a public profile and a certificate for each project they’re authorised to market. Each certificate has a reference number buyers can check.
- Buyers can check an agent’s profile, a developer’s profile or a certificate reference before paying.
2. What Llevra does not do
- Llevra isn’t part of a property sale. The buyer and developer or seller make any agreement to buy.
- Llevra doesn’t take or pass on buyer payments. Don’t pay anyone who says Llevra will hold your money.
- Llevra doesn’t inspect sites, value properties or check title. Its records show who authorised whom and when; they don’t guarantee a project, its price or delivery.
- Make your own checks, including legal and title checks, before paying.
3. Accounts
Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password and any agent access code private.
- Llevra must approve developer accounts before they can list projects or invite agents.
- A developer on Llevra must approve agent accounts. Llevra may also approve agents on a developer’s behalf; the public record will say when it does.
- Buyers can check a record or send an enquiry without an account.
4. How verification works
Llevra shows a developer as verified after checking its registered company name, CAC number and company documents. Llevra records who completed the check and when, and keeps that history if verification is later removed.
Agents and developers provide some details themselves, such as a developer’s REDAN number or an agent’s LASRERA number. Llevra doesn’t check those details; they’re labelled “Self-declared”.
A certificate shows “Awaiting developer signature” until the developer signs it. If it has ended, the certificate shows the date.
5. What you must not do
- Give false information or upload documents that aren’t genuine or yours to share.
- Claim project approval you don’t have, or alter a certificate, profile or shared image.
- Use Llevra to mislead, pressure or defraud a buyer.
- Try to access an account, data or part of the service you’re not allowed to use, or disrupt the service.
- Use another user’s contact details for anything beyond responding to their enquiry.
Developers and agents must also follow the Conduct Policy.
6. Information Llevra keeps
- Developers: company names, CAC number, contact details, company documents (kept in private storage, seen only by the developer and the Llevra staff who review them) and project details.
- Agents: name, contact details, photo, self-declared credentials and the projects they are authorised for.
- Buyers who send an enquiry: name and phone number. Llevra keeps these and doesn’t pass them to the agent or developer.
- When someone taps a contact button on an agent profile, Llevra records the tap and a hashed version of the internet address. It doesn’t store the address itself.
Public pages show public details only. Phone numbers, email addresses and documents aren’t published. The Privacy Policy explains what Llevra collects and your rights. For questions about your information, or to request a copy, correction or deletion, contact hello@llevra.com.
7. Suspension and removal
Llevra may suspend or remove an account, project, mandate or verification if someone breaks these terms or the Conduct Policy, provides false information, or may mislead buyers. Llevra keeps a dated record of what it did and why.
A developer may end an agent’s approval for its projects at any time. The agent’s past certificates will show as ended, with the date.
8. Liability
Llevra works to keep the service available and accurate, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Llevra isn’t responsible for losses from a property transaction, information provided by a developer, agent or buyer, or payments made to others. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
9. Changes
Llevra may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how you use Llevra, we’ll email account holders before it takes effect.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
